Newsletter 22 THE EXPATRIATE BOOKED OUT IN Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Next Stop Hong Kong

THE EXPATRIATE (TE) Taxation Specialist Dean Crossingham, Head of Accounting at Stanford Brown and TE Mortgage Specialist Adam Kingston, Director of Australian Expatriate Finance, finished a booked-out tour of the financial hubs in Singapore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Dean and Adam focused on unpacking the recent interest rate rises, the Australian Budget and its impact on the Expat Australian, and the changes to the tax system over the past financial year, including the controversial 45 Day Rule and any possible headwinds on the horizon. THE EXPATRIATE community took advantage of the TE Team being across the three cities with many new faces utilising the opportunity to connect with industry experts. Adam and Dean were pleased to finally meet their clients for the first time since the pandemic at the start of 2020.

One of the trip's highlights was the invitation for THE EXPATRIATE to attend the Australian Business Council of Dubai’s Melbourne Cup Function as a member of the Australian Business Council Dubai. What could be more Australian? The Team plans to be back in Dubai annually to watch the Melbourne Cup 🐎
